I’ve been using another well-established accounting software which has worked well but the Covid took a major toll on my business and I’ve needed to cut my costs which included looking at another accounting solution. After a little searching, I came across Invoice crowd, and again after performing a little due diligence, I could see that they were a relatively new company and from my experience sometimes this is not a bad thing. Anyway, I decided to purchase the Invoice crowd and give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised, and have now made the decision to transfer all my accounting requirements to Invoice crowd. I also recommend this product.

I’ve been looking for an easy to use Invoice System. We were previously using a different system that was much more expensive and required too many steps to add customers and create invoices. After looking at many different options I decided to give Invoice Crowd a try. Being able to quickly create reoccurring invoices is what sold me. The setup process was very easy and intuitive. Other things I like include the roadmap. What has already been added along with the plans for the future are very impressive. The developer appears to be very responsive to customers needs based on all of the questions asked and reviews.

It’s saved my team and I alot of time. We receive payments faster and it takes less than a minute to set up all of our accounts. You can set recurring invoices, edit or pause them if needed, schedule out your start date, and customize the look/brand of the invoices. The stripe and paypal integration also allows you to get the funds deposited quickly. I’ve been using simpleinvoices, another similar platform for many years but it nevers gets updated and is getting quite buggy. I’m happy i made the switch to Invoicecrowd

Invoice Crowd has saved us money! Pick any paid plan and use it for 30 days without entering a card. Nothing is charged and there is no contract, so the trial ends when you decide, one way or the other. Support is available during the trial if you get stuck setting the account up.
The account is not deactivated. A notice asks you to start paying for the plan you were trying, and if the timing is wrong you can move down to the free forever plan instead and keep working within its lower limits until you are ready.
Yes, from your account profile page, in either direction. There is no commitment and no notice period, so a busy quarter can run on BUSINESS and a quiet one on SOLO. Extra team members are billed separately at $5 a month each, so hiring does not force a plan change.
No. Invoice Crowd runs in a browser, so there is nothing to download, patch or license per machine. Sign in from a desktop at the office or a phone on site and it is the same account, with the same data, on both.
The app runs behind SSL and your data is backed up automatically. Card numbers are never handled or stored here: payments go through the gateway you connect, so the card details reach PayPal, Stripe or whichever provider you chose and stay with them.
